Privacy Policy

The short version. Dot & Trace does not collect personal information. There are no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking scripts on this site.

What happens in your browser. When you use the worksheet generator, your choices (worksheet type, paper size, dot size and so on) and any name you type are used only inside your browser to draw the sheet. They are not sent to us or to anyone else, and they are not saved after you close the page.

What we don’t collect. We don’t ask for or store names, email addresses, ages, photos or any other personal information through the site. We don’t use cookies or similar technologies, and we don’t use third-party analytics, advertising or social-media tools. Fonts and images are served from our own site.

Technical data from our host. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address and browser details, as described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We don’t receive this data in a form that identifies you, and we don’t use it to track you.

If you email us. If you write to hello@dotandtrace.com, we receive the address and the message you send. We use them only to reply, keep them no longer than needed, and never sell or share them. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

Children. This site is meant to be used by parents, caregivers and teachers, not by children on their own. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it promptly.

Links to other sites. If we link to another site (for example a shop where printable packs are sold), that site has its own privacy policy and practices, and we aren’t responsible for them.

Do Not Track. Because we don’t track visitors, we have nothing to change when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Your rights. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, California or India), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you. Because we hold none through the site, there is usually nothing to access or delete, but you can contact us with any question or request.

Changes. If this policy changes, we will update the date above. We will not start collecting personal information or using cookies, ads or analytics without first updating this page.
